TPO roofing

The TPO roofing technique is one of the most common in the largest commercial facilities in the country, as it allows to achieve one of the highest energy savings among single-layer membrane roofs, that is, rubber sheets and other synthetic materials that can ballasted, mechanically fixed or chemically bonded to create a protective layer on the roof.

TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) roofing is the fastest growing single layer membrane roofing in the commercial real estate market. Although it is single layer, they can use reinforcing fabrics to cover flat roofs.

They are manufactured in sheets of 3, 4 or 5 meters wide. They are produced in roll form, transported to the facility and unrolled in real time.

The success of this technique is due to its UV-reflecting surface, which allows significant energy savings by reducing the heat that accumulates inside, partially eliminating the use of cooling systems.
